Maintenance Necessity Pay for Services

JTB is pleased to announce our Home Maintenance Plan. We will maintain and check the systems of your home on a monthly or quarterly basis so you don’t have to. You will receive a written report of component functionality, deficiencies and recommended repair. If the repair is within the scope of our service, you will receive the first hour of labor free.

 

Our plan is a cost effective means in insuring your home gets the attention it deserves.

* Supply Valves will only be operated when homes are less then 10 years old and regular maintenance has been performed.

 

 

 

Items that we repair are extensive. We will not perform any home repairs out of our scope and we will recommend licensed professionals if necessary.

 

For convenience, we will telephone you 1 week prior to the maintenance being performed. At that time we will schedule a service call. Some clients prefer to leave a key in an inconspicuous place and others prefer to give us a key for access. A check may be left at the property (the first two months are required to be paid in advance for this service), a client may pay for the year in one lump payment (clients whom choose to do this will receive 10% off) and clients may sign up for recurring monthly payments via the company web site.
